Carla Goldberg and Richard Cutrona
Originally from Palm Springs, CA. Goldberg graduated with honors from the University of Redlands in California and received my MFA from MICA. She now makes the Hudson Valley region of New York her home, which invariably makes its way into the subject matter of many of her works. Carla’s art has been shown nationally and internationally. She has exhibited in museums such as The Tabernacle, MOMA Wales, Brooklyn Waterfront Museum and the Dolmabahce Palace (State Gallery) Istanbul, Turkey.
Goldberg has exhibited at numerous universities in solo shows including, UConn and Southwestern Minnesota University Museum of Art and group shows at the University of Malta, Ostra Gymnasiet in Sweden and the Holbæk Art School in Denmark for the Global Village Stories Project. Her work can be found in public spaces and private collections such as Johns Hopkins Hospital- Baltimore, MD, State Farm Insurance- Palm Springs, CA, Swiss Re- Armonk, NY, Raven Paul & Company, Burbank, CA and Mid-Hudson Gastroenterology-Cortlandt Manor, NY.
Richard Cutrona is an artist, educator, and independent curator, living and working in New Jersey, USA. He holds a BFA in photography, and an art education certificate, from the School of Visual Arts in New York City. He also holds an MFA in visual arts from Lesley University in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As a mixed media artist, specializing in stereoscopic practices, his work has been exhibited at internationally recognized commercial galleries, such as Christie’s Haunch of Venison, Marianne Boesky Gallery, Nancy Hoffman Gallery, and IFAC New York. Richard has produced several short films, his documentary on the history, culture, and contemporary practice of stereoscopic art, “Flip World,” was screened at Skylight Gallery NYC, in 2015. As a curator, he is the founder of Good Question Gallery Curatorial Projects, through which he’s curated nearly fifty exhibitions of visual art. Richard’s work has been reviewed in Art Scope New England, and The Boston Globe. He has been invited to lecture at universities across the United States, including The University of Alaska Anchorage, Eastern Connecticut State University, and Fitchburg State University. Richard Cutrona is represented by Demouzy Contemporary in New York, and Kunstleben Berlin in Germany.
