“Abstract Visions Formed and Found” May 2 – May 27

Gallery 66ny.Abstract Visions Exhibition.Cindy Booth.Abstract 1Cindy BoothHurricane Sandy, Jane Soodalter Jane Soodalter

“Abstract Visions, Formed and Found features Cindy Booth and Jane Soodalter, two abstract artists whose work reflects unique yet symbiotic views of their environment. Booth uses solder and patinas to produce chemical reactions on copper sheets, for results that are reminiscent of fantastic landscapes and aerial views. Soodalter, through the medium of macro photography, uncovers hidden beauty in the cracked, peeling, and rusted surfaces of everyday weathered objects.

Tjokorda Gde Arsa Artha, Diana Carulli, Janine Lambers, Joe Pimentel, James Murray and Ada Cruz are some of the artists examining the influences of the Sacred Garden.
